- These are secondary or houskeeping records, that is, copies of records circulated to or kept by your office for informational or convenience purposes.
- This rule applies only to records in paper, film, and computer file formats.
- Action: Keep record active in your office for as long as record is current, after which time, upon the approval by the University Archives, destroy.
This rule is meant for all university offices except the Admissions Office. Should you belong to that office, refer to regulation 1.016.
