- These are principal or operational records, that is, material directly related to the mandate or mission of your office.
- This rule applies to records in paper and digital formats.
- Action: Keep record active in your office for the duration of the bursary and/or tuition assistance, after which time, upon the approval by the University Archives, destroy.
The University Archives shall merge record with personnel file.
