- These are principal or operational records, that is, material directly related to the mandate or mission of your office.
- This rule applies only to records in paper, digital and audiotape format.
- Action 1: Keep record (paper copy) active in your office for 1 YEAR after case has been closed.
- Action 2: Send record to the University Archives for permanent storage.
Audiotape records wil be eliminated after final judgement of appeal committee.
Paper records will be eliminated.
The University Archives will transfer to permanent storage reports announcing final decision.
