contact the University Archives for more information (i.e.: it is possible that your office creates a type of record that does not appear to be listed here but can be included under a general rule).
Please do not assume that the absence of a specific rule for your office means they do not apply.
All records (in all forms) created and accumulated by University offices and employees in the
course of their administrative duties are considered McGill records.
